Gym:

You agree to abide by the rules of conduct, behaviour, dress code, equipment usage and use of services that are displayed within the CrossFit Kaali Box (Gym) and those that have been provided to you.

Pay in Person:

If you wish to pay in person instead of making an online payment, you can choose the Pay in Person option during Checkout. Your order will not be completed until you make a payment in person at our CrossFit Box. It is your responsibility to visit the CrossFit Box location during regular operating hours and make the payment. You will not be allowed to avail any membership facilities until the payment has been made.

Online Payment:

After making an online payment, you will receive an email with your order details and the order status. Once your order has been processed, you will receive communication from our side on the next steps via your registered email, or in the event of a Guest checkout, the email address that you provided. If you wish to receive a detailed invoice, please let us know after making the payment, and we will generate a detailed invoice for you.

If you would like your invoice to be generated to a specific beneficiary instead of yourself, after you make your payment online, you should contact us via WhatsApp / Email (details in Contact Us page) and let us know the specific details. CrossFit Kaali will generate a different invoice for you.

If you have any issues (payment declined, incorrect amount charged, issued refund not received) with our online payment method, please reach out to us via WhatsApp / Email, details of which are available in the Contact Us page, and we will try to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.

Online payments made through crossfitkaali.com are generally non-refundable. If you make a payment in error, you should go to the Contact Us page, and explain the situation to us via WhatsApp / Email. CrossFit Kaali reserves the right to do a full / partial / no refund.

If you accidentally make a payment for multiple memberships, you should go to the Contact Us page, and WhatsApp / Email us the Order details. If you checkout as a Guest without registering and you don’t have your order details, then you can send us your name and details of the amount charged along with the memberships that you accidentally signed up for. We will issue a refund within 5 working days.

  1. Membership fees are non refundable, and non usage of the gym facilities / services will not allow for early termination of the membership nor will it warrant a refund of any type. Non usage of the gym will not affect any payment terms and conditions. CrossFit Kaali is not responsible for your level of usage of the gym. It is also not the responsibility of CrossFit Kaali to notify you of your non usage.
  2. CrossFit Kaali can place your membership on Time Hold with an additional fee of  1,500.  Time Hold is for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months for annual memberships. Requests for temporary Time Hold must be done in person.
  3. If a member chooses, he/she can  transfer membership to another person who will fulfill the remaining membership term with an additional fee of  2,500/-.
  4. CrossFit Kaali may at their discretion block access to any member or terminate any membership agreement without notice for any non-compliance of this agreement or any behaviour or action that they deem inappropriate.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
  • Your data rights: If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
  • Marketing Communication: If you are a member or if you register yourself on our website, we may send you marketing emails from time to time.   • Payments: We accept payments through Razor Pay. Gym:

CrossFit Kaali is equipped with Video Surveillance technology. Surveillance videos are constantly recorded for the security of the gym and the Video Surveillance can be remotely viewed at any time by the gym operator and/or security provider.
